This is like a magic potion for me. I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia and since I’ve started taking 2 300mg capsules after breakfast I can go most of the day with a minimum amount of pain. I don’t need pain relief until the evening. I am sticking to just the 2 per day for now because that works for me. Thank you.
